ReadIT, which was financed by SEELB through ’Dissemination of Good Practice’, was Comber Primary’s e-learning project (2003-2004) to raise standards of literacy throughout the school.

As part of the ReadIT project, the Literacy Zone was created to encourage children to read and help them realise that reading is fun.

Teachers’ Resources
Worksheets, created by teachers and used during the project, may be freely downloaded. They have been organised according to year group. They may be copied and used with a whole class in an ICT suite or by individuals/small groups of pupils on class computers.
